Before becoming a coach, I enjoyed a successful 26-year career in the Airline industry. But like many successful professionals, I neglected some of the important things in life.
I followed the "proven path" prescribed by society and achieved everything I thought I wanted - a successful career, a good salary, a beautiful home, a happy family and lots of toys and material possessions. But I was miserable. I didn't know it then, but I was burnt out and depressed.
It turns out I didn't really know what I wanted, so I built my life around other people's dreams. I neglected my mental and physical health, and I created the same environment and lifestyle that led many in my family to live a life plagued with chronic disease.
I knew that something had to change, and that the only way to turn things around was by taking full responsibility for my life and my health. After turning my life around, I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
Now I'm on a mission to empower 1 million people to reclaim control of their lives and resources, so they can perform at their very best at work and at home.
The workshop is scheduled for 60 minutes, including ~45 minutes of content/ discussion and 15 minutes of Q&A at the end of the session.
